The Jerai Hill Resort

Overall it was such a refreshing experience. Waking up to the misty hills and calm surroundings felt like stepping into a postcard.The scenery around the resort is something special. Everywhere you look, there’s greenery and beautiful mountain views that make you feel instantly calm and recharged. The place and the view make it worth every bit. I’d definitely come back again just for the serenity and breathtaking landscape.

The restaurant could benefit from a more varied menu. The current selection feels quite limited, especially for guests staying more than a day or two.

Need to repair small item especially ironmongery and pipe fittings.. But it just a small things.. What I'm afraid of is slope need to protect for long term

Scenery and vibes ?.The fresh and cool air?.Best healing spot away from city.Got a lot of places that u can sit and enjoy the green scenery there.

Overall it's clean and has all the facilities you need for a fairly comfortable stay. Excellent views from both the room and the surrounding. Beautiful flowers and plenty of options for food and drinks. Excellent sunset view if cloud cover doesn't dominate. A good location to relax and getaway for the bustle of city. Do note, that the rooms have no air -conditioning and is cooled by fans (and that is enough for the evenings/nights when temperature drops). Vernadah as seats t=so you can enjoy the nature. Good food choices. You can access the forest from the hotel but with caution as terrain is tricky and signages are there but in some areas, not very visible.

Hotel is a bit old and facilities may need to be revamped. Windows couldn't be properly shut. No flyscreen on windows so in the day-time, you cannot open windows and it can get hot. No handtowels and no hand soap at the basin and the basin is separated from the shower room so that was a bit inconvenient to go to the shower room to get soap to wash hands and then back to the shower room to wipe hands. Perhaps hotel can look into this.

The place is amazingly beautiful with a spectacular view from the top of Mount Jerai. A proper well design resort is perfect for a family gate away. Pair with the cold weather, it makes my vacation wholesome. The foods are surprisingly delicious and much better than average. Overall, I love this resort and plan to come back in the near future.

Breakfast was mediocre. All activities cost money. Even to swim in the swimming pool.

The view so nice and so amazing. Love the room so comfortable. The landscape is so well under management. Feeling so good being right there. The cafe have a lots of variety coffee n hot pastries.

Nothing.. except you have to drive slowly to reach it.

Cooling away from the city heat

The wall is quite hollow hence you can hear the next room opening and closing of door especially to the washroom.

Great location with amazing views - when they were not hidden by low cloud. Large, comfortable room. Good value high tea offer. Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant, well-tended grounds with a mass of flowering hydrangeas.

The shower took a very long time to drain and water leaked out between the floor tiles when the toilet was flushed.

Coffee staff should have a better attitude to customers. Not cleaning up when customers eat. Coffee staff is more friendly to customers

I have a great experiece and convenience while requested a early check in. Nice place, if get opportunies to come again I would like to explorer more nature such as jungle treking to Batu Kapal or hiking to Mount Jerai.

The view and resort landscape was very beautiful

The food wasn't really nice. For breakfast buffet, the choice was limited, the food wasn't tasty and plates are all dirty/not washed properly. There was also alot of files at the restaurant. When we checked in, the bathroom wasn't well maintained. The shower room was clogged and flooded. We called hotel maintenance which arrived promptly to fix it. Also, the hot water supply was inconsistent, halfway through the shower, hot water ran out. We stayed for 1 night and this issue occured during every bath time. Hope the hotel maintenance and cleanliness can be improved.

1. Room - size of the room was alright.

1. Breakfast - not much choice. should have more selection of fresh fruits, yogurt, bread. no porridge. 2. Cleanliness - bathroom / toilet - Poor3. TV facility - did not function4. View - not so spectacular despite the price paid. was expecting to have a view of the paddy fields and the sea.

OMG it was more than expected. The ambience was so good. Night or early morning rain . Temp 18/24 tru the day . Hydrangeas are blooming everywhere. Trekking is superb with many choices of trail 10/10Breakfast is acceptable

Beautiful garden and the view is very stunning… nice weather. Food was great. Staff some was friendly, some was not. Multiple attraction there- starwbery farm ( nothing much there just a cafe) , dinasour park- not really well maintain- but was ok), playground - kids love it. Swimming pool. Skyview deck- RM10 / 10 minute to take photo n enjoy the view.

Try to avoid going there during school holiday… crowded. Toilet abit smelly…
